I've never been to Hyderabad or anywhere in India actually. However, a number of people on our team have visited various companies there where parts of Windows Marketplace are outsourced. Every time someone new goes over they come back with stories of the driving. I never really understood until Trevin sent around this link to a video of the traffic.
The best part was when I showed the clip to Jenny and she exclaimed, "It's like Frogger!" Heh, yeah, it kinda' is.
